What are the Charming Darling charm bracelets and other jewelry made of?

All of the Charming Darling bracelets, necklaces, charms, and findings are .925 sterling silver, unless otherwise noted (i.e., beads, enamel charms, vintage jewelry, etc.) The sterling silver charms are attached with sterling silver split rings, which are like little key rings, so that the charm will stay securely attached to the bracelet. (Most vintage jewelry pieces use jump rings - little circular rings - not split rings.)

The bracelets are chock full of fun, humor, joy, and love - the most important ingredients in a bracelet and in life. Charming Darling bracelets work like magical charms ~ put on one and you'll have tons of fun! Not only will you experience lots of fun and joy, but your bracelet will be the topic of many great conversations!

What sizes does the jewelry come in?

The sizes vary by style. The available sizes are indicated on the specific jewelry item page.

Eight inch bracelets are recommended for the ladies.

Seven inch bracelets are recommended for girls and pre-teens, or for really petite ladies.

If you need a different size bracelet than those available, please contact us and we can design a custom bracelet length for you.

Can I order a personalized custom bracelet?

What's the best way to clean sterling silver?

The best way to clean your sterling silver jewelry is to use a silver polishing cloth. Jewelry dips may damage the finish on certain charms or beads.

Do you have gift packaging?

At this time we do not offer gift packaging, but each piece of jewelry comes in a lovely reusable silk jewelry pouch, which is perfect for gifts. If you are sending a gift, please be sure to include a gift message with your order when you check out.

How will my order be shipped and when will I receive it?

Charming Darling jewelry is typically shipped within the US via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Upgraded shipping, such as Federal Express, is available. Please contact us for more information.

Often, your order will be shipped within several business days of the receipt of your order. Typically, you will receive your order within 2-4 weeks. However, during the holidays, or if certain materials are backordered, it may take longer to ship your order. If there are any delays, you will be notified.

It does take longer during the holiday season, so please plan accordingly. December 15 is the order cut-off date for on-time Christmas shipping (for in-stock items) via priority mail shipping in the US; December 1 is the cut-off for Christmas shipping (for in-stock items) outside of the US.

Can I pay for my order by check?

What is your return policy?

All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of your receipt of the bracelet. To send a return, please contact Customer Support to obtain a return authorization code. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization code.

Please note that Charming Darling will not be held responsible for lost or broken charms. The sterling silver charms are attached with sterling silver split rings, which are like little key rings, to ensure that the charm will stay securely attached to the bracelet. However, as with any dangling jewelry, you must be careful not to get the charms stuck in sweaters, fences, dog's mouths, and other such charm eaters. Charming Darling will not accept returns of jewelry that has been worn and tarnished, even within the 30 day return timeframe. All returns must be in brand, spanking new condition. Vintage jewelry must be returned in exactly the same condition that it was sent. Thanks for your cooperation!

What about your vintage jewelry?

Charming Darling looks high and low for the perfect, unique vintage finds. Often, because they are vintage pieces, we can't be sure of their origin, but we'll share what we do know on the Web page for that specific item.

Please note that while we only offer you the highest quality vintage jewelry, these pieces are older and may show some wear. We do our best to describe any flaws or wear. Please be sure to read the description carefully.

Vintage jewelry, because of its age, may also be more prone to breakage, so you have to take greater care of your vintage pieces. Please note that Charming Darling will not be held responsible for broken vintage jewelry that arrived in good condition, and will not accept returns of jewelry that arrived in good condition and broke after arrival due to mishandling or rough treatment by the customer, even within the 30 day return timeframe.
